African culture is shaped around the struggles of African peoples rather than around music, poetry or folklore (F. Fannon). Philosophy ... It would not be possible to develop fully without “writing its memoirs” or “diary of diaries.” P. Bolton, in his 1981 article, asks: “Is or is not there African philosophy? If so, what is it?” This issue has been valued by the younger generation of African intellectuals for about a decade. Among these intellectuals, all of themselves philosophers, the most tractable one should be elaborated on this issue: Bhutin (Nigeria), K. Wheddu (Ghana), HO Orewa (Kenya), M. Tova and E. Braga (Cameroon) and P. Huntongchi
