本文论叙了30 CrMnSiA钢纵、横向试样热处理工艺试验过程;对显微组织和断口形貌进行了观察和分析;测定了抗拉强度、比例极限、硬度、断面收缩率、常温和低温冲击值。从而得出组织、断口形貌、性能随回火温度变化的规律。其中更为重要的是找到了30 CrMnSiA 钢在淬火后采用回火水冷时纵向和横向第Ⅰ类回火脆性温度区间及其变化规律,因而解决了撞针的质量问题,并为30 CrMnSiA 钢制其它零件选择合适回火工艺提供依据。
In this paper, the experimental process of heat treatment of longitudinal and transverse specimens of 30 CrMnSiA steel was discussed. The microstructure and fracture morphology were observed and analyzed. Tensile strength, ratio limit, hardness, reduction of area, room temperature and low temperature impact value. Thus, the regularity of microstructure, fracture morphology and performance with tempering temperature was obtained. Among them, 30 CrMnSiA steel has been found to quench the longitudinal and transverse temper embrittlement brittleness temperature range and its variation law after tempering water quenching, so as to solve the quality problem of the striker, and for 30 CrMnSiA steel other Select the appropriate part of the tempering process to provide the basis.
