对利用散焦光栅进行波前曲率测量的新方法进行了系统研究,在分析散焦光栅基本原理的基础上,提出了一种新的二元相位结构散焦光栅的设计思想,研制了基于散焦光栅的波前曲率传感器,应用于热容激光器和侧面抽运Nd:YAG热透镜效应的测量。同时设计了可应用于激光束M2因子测量的正交散焦光栅,该方法的主要特点是,可同时测量出光束的9个不同截面的光斑尺寸,能够实现对脉冲激光光束质量的测量。
Based on the analysis of the basic principle of defocusing grating, a new design method of defocusing grating with binary phase structure was proposed, and a new method based on scattering Coke grating wavefront curvature sensor, used in heat capacity laser and side-pumped Nd: YAG thermal lens effect measurement. At the same time, an orthogonal defocusing grating which can be used to measure the M2 factor of the laser beam is designed. The main characteristic of the method is that the spot size of nine different cross sections of the beam can be measured at the same time and the quality of the pulsed laser beam can be measured.
