目的 探讨螺旋CT扫描及三维重建参数的最佳组合 ,以获取高质量的图像。方法 对1998年 1月~ 2 0 0 1年 3月进行螺旋扫描及三维重建的 2 0 0例病人图像回顾性分析 ,寻找获取高质量图像的扫描、重建最佳参数。结果 扫描层厚 3~ 5mm ,螺距 1.0~ 1.5 ,重叠重建率 6 0 %。标准重建方式 ,根据不同重建部位、目的 ,选择表面阴影、最大密度、曲面重建 ,容积成像法中的二种或两种以上方法可以获取高质量图像。结论 选择合适的扫描条件是获得高质量图像的前提 ,使用合适的重建方法和重建参数是其关键。
Objective To explore the best combination of spiral CT scan and 3D reconstruction parameters to obtain high quality images. Methods The images of 200 patients who underwent helical and three-dimensional reconstruction from January 1998 to March 2001 were retrospectively analyzed to find the optimal parameters for scanning and reconstructing high quality images. Results Scanning layer thickness 3 ~ 5mm, pitch 1.0 ~ 1.5, overlapping reconstruction rate 60%. Standard reconstruction method, according to the different reconstruction of the site, the purpose, the choice of surface shadow, maximum density, surface reconstruction, volumetric imaging method of two or more methods can obtain high-quality images. Conclusion Choosing suitable scanning conditions is the precondition of obtaining high quality images. It is the key to use appropriate reconstruction methods and reconstruction parameters.
