针对集装箱板钢薄板坯连铸过程中拔热量偏低及不稳定问题,根据集装箱板钢种及相适应的结晶器保护渣特点,分析了结晶器拔热量与保护渣理化性能的关系,提出了相应的保护渣理化性能指标。实践表明:新开发的XCZ H保护渣的使用性能稳定,铸坯表面质量良好。
Aiming at the problem of low and unstable extraction of heat during the continuous casting process of container slab, the relationship between mold heat extraction and physical and chemical properties of mold flux is analyzed according to the characteristics of container slabs and mold fluxes. Corresponding physical and chemical properties of flux slag indicators. Practice shows that: the newly developed XCZ H mold flux with stable performance, the slab surface quality is good.
