一、引言肝性脑病是指肝细胞衰竭时伴有意识障碍的一种综合症,常见的肝昏迷是其极期,而其前驱期因无明显症状不易发现。近年来,国外着眼于其前驱期的研究,并称之为亚临床肝性脑病,提出了用连续反应时间原理诊断亚临床肝性脑病(SHE)的方法,并成功地将其用于对肝性脑病的定级和对器质性脑损伤的描述,推进了肝性脑病的早期诊断的研究。我们根据国外文献,应用上述原理,结合我国经济情况,研制了CRT-1型微电脑测试仪。它由一个随机信号发生电路、微电脑、显示器和一个微型打印机构成。信号通过声音或灯光给出,受试者通过按键反应,微电脑对其反应时间进行分析处理,作出判断。下面首先介绍该仪器的基本功能,然后介绍它的硬件结构和软件设计。
I. Introduction Hepatic encephalopathy is a syndrome associated with disturbance of consciousness in hepatocyte failure. The common hepatic coma is its extreme phase, while its precursor phase is not easy to find because of no obvious symptoms. In recent years, focusing on its precursor study abroad and calling it subclinical hepatic encephalopathy, a method of continuous reaction time diagnosis of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy (SHE) was proposed and successfully used to treat liver The classification of encephalopathy and the description of organic brain injury advance the early diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy. According to foreign literature, we apply the above principles, combined with China’s economic situation, developed a CRT-1-type microcomputer tester. It consists of a random signal generation circuit, microcomputer, display and a miniature printer. The signal is given by sound or light, the subject through the key reaction, micro-computer analysis of its response time to make judgments. The following describes the basic functions of the instrument, and then introduce its hardware structure and software design.
