铋盐抗坏血酸钼蓝法是测定磷(砷)的一个比较好的方法。其灵敏度、准确度较高;快速简便。因此,在国内研究使用的单位越来越多,应用也逐渐广泛。但是,其反应机理研究得不多,本文在资料的基础上,对铋盐的作用和钼蓝络合物的组成进行了试验探讨。发现铋离子参与反应生成三元络合物。试验了铋加入量及温度对络合物的影响。找出了铋的最佳加入量。 (一)试剂与仪器 1.751型及721型分光光度计。 2.铋标准溶液:3.23×10~(-4)M;2.67
Bismuth salt Ascorbyl molybdate blue method is a good method for the determination of phosphorus (arsenic). Its sensitivity, high accuracy; fast and easy. Therefore, more and more units are used in the research in China, and their applications are gradually expanding. However, there are not many researches on its reaction mechanism. Based on the data, this paper discussed the action of bismuth salt and the composition of molybdenum blue complexes. Bismuth ions were found to participate in the reaction to form ternary complexes.
