目的:研究木蝴蝶总黄酮的抗氧化活性。方法:采用二苯代苦味酰基苯肼(DPPH)法、水杨酸法和邻苯三酚自氧化法来考察其抗氧化活性,并与Vc做比较。结果:在试验浓度内,木蝴蝶总黄酮对二苯代苦味酰基苯肼自由基(DPPH.)、羟自由基(.OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)均有较好的清除作用,其EC50分别为19.73,231.70,318.93 mg·L-1,在9.52~57.12 mg·L-1,其对DPPH.的清除率高于VC。结论:木蝴蝶总黄酮有良好的抗氧化活性,具有进一步开发利用的价值。
Objective: To study the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Butterflies. Methods: The antioxidant activity of dibromobenzoyl picolyl phenylhydrazine (DPPH), salicylic acid and pyrogallol autoxidation were investigated and compared with Vc. Results: Under the test concentration, the total flavonoids of Buthus martensii L. had a good removal of dibenzoyl picrylhydrazyl free radicals (DPPH.), Hydroxyl free radicals (.OH) and superoxide anion free radicals (O2-. EC50 were 19.73, 231.70 and 318.93 mg · L-1 respectively, and the clearance rate of DPPH was higher than that of VC between 9.52 and 57.12 mg · L-1. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of Butterflies have good antioxidant activity, which has the value of further development and utilization.
