在临床医学领域,社会心理因素对疾病的影响,愈来愈引起重视。脑动脉硬化症(CAS)与A型性格关系方面的研究,目前国内外资料陆续报导。我院在作A型性格和心脑血管病调查分析时,发现对CAS具有对CHD相似的影响,现介绍如下。对象、内容和方法调查对象包括一所大学的教职员,一家工厂科技行政干部和四个部队干休所的离休干部共636人,占应调查人数的95％。内容包括性格和病史调查, In the field of clinical medicine, social psychological factors on the impact of the disease, more and more attention. Studies on the relationship between cerebral arteriosclerosis (CAS) and A-type personality have been reported at home and abroad. In our hospital for type A personality and cardiovascular disease investigation and analysis, we found that CAS has a similar impact on CHD, are described below. Subjects, Contents and Methods The survey included 636 faculty and staff of a university, a factory science and technology administrative cadre and four retired cadres at the cadre’s dry-rest, accounting for 95% of the surveyed population.
