本文主要结合笔者多年工作经验阐述了不动产登记簿公信力与不动产善意取得的区分以及我国的司法实践中不少法院确实在采用不动产善意取得理论处理案件的原因。
This paper mainly elaborates the author’s distinction between the credibility of the real estate register and the bona fide acquisition of the real estate according to his years of work experiences and the reasons why many courts in our judicial practice do adopt the theory of bona fide acquisition of real estate.
