对青少年跳远运动员助跑训练进行探讨,提出跳远的主要技术是助跑与起跳相结合,这是决定跳得远的关键。因此,青少年跳远运动员的训练应把助跑技术放在训练的首要位置上,严格要求,打基础,为提高起跳效果做好准备。
This paper discusses the run-up training of adolescent long-jump athletes and proposes that the main technique of long jump is to combine run-up and take-off, which is the key to decide the long-jump. Therefore, the training of adolescent long jump athletes should put the running technique on the primary position of training, and strictly lay the foundation and prepare for improving the jumping effect.
