目的:探讨半夏提取物对小菜蛾成虫的产卵忌避作用和杀卵作用。方法:采用3种极性不同的溶剂(石油醚、乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇)利用索式提取法从半夏干粉中制备提取物,测定提取物对小菜蛾成虫产卵及卵孵化的影响。结果:半夏乙醇提取物对小菜蛾有很强的产卵忌避作用和杀卵作用,浓度越高,产卵忌避作用越强,卵的存活率越低。在非选择性和选择性试验处理后24h,质量浓度为100g·L-1乙醇提取物对小菜蛾的产卵忌避率分别为85.13%,73.38%;100g·L-1乙醇提取物处理卵后5d,孵化率为32.75%,卵孵化抑制率可达62.40%。结论:半夏提取物对小菜蛾成虫产卵及卵孵化均具有作用,其中乙醇提取物的生物活性显著优于乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取物。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oviposition effect and ovicidal effect of Pinellia ternate extract on adults of Plutella xylostella. Methods: Three kinds of polar solvents (petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and absolute ethanol) were used to prepare the extract from Rhizoma Pinelliae by the rhizome-stripping method. The effects of the extracts on oviposition and egg hatching of the diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella were determined . Results: The ethanol extracts of Pinellia ternata had strong oviposition repellent effect and ovicidal effect on diamondback moth. The higher the concentration, the stronger the effect of oviposition control and the lower the survival rate of eggs. At 24 h after non-selective and selective treatment, the oviposition rate of ethanol extract with mass concentration of 100 g · L-1 to Plutella xylostella was 85.13% and 73.38%, respectively. After treatment with 100 g · L -1 ethanol extract 5d, hatching rate was 32.75%, egg hatching inhibition rate of up to 62.40%. Conclusion: The extract of Pinellia ternata has the effect on oviposition and egg hatching of Plutella xylostella, and the bioactivity of ethanol extract is better than that of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether extract.
