目的规范一次性无菌物的存储与取用,缩短分娩时间,减少患者住院天数,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担,提高患者满意度。方法运用“7S”管理法,加强产房的管理工作,并将“7S”管理法实施前后的分娩时间、住院天数、医疗费用、一次性无菌物的规范情况、患者的满意度作对比。结果实施“7S”管理法后,分娩时间平均缩短,住院天数减少,住院费用降低,一次性无菌物规范率提高,患者满意度提高,与未实施“7S”管理法之前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 “7S”管理法能规范产房管理工作,提高了工作效率,降低了切口感染率,缩短了分娩时间,减少了住院天数,降低了住院费用,提高了患者满意度。
Objective To regulate the storage and access of disposable sterile materials, shorten the delivery time, reduce the number of hospital stays, reduce the patient’s pain and financial burden, and improve patient satisfaction. Methods The “7S” management method was used to strengthen the management of the delivery room, and the delivery time, days of hospitalization, medical expenses, standardization of disposable sterile materials, and patient satisfaction before and after implementation of the “7S” management law. For comparison. Results After implementing the “7S” management method, the delivery time was shortened on average, the number of hospital stays was reduced, the hospitalization cost was reduced, the rate of disposable sterile materials was increased, and patient satisfaction was improved. Before the “7S” management method was not implemented, the results were compared. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The “7S” management method can standardize the delivery room management work, improve work efficiency, reduce the incision infection rate, shorten the delivery time, reduce the number of days of hospitalization, reduce the cost of hospitalization, and improve patient satisfaction.
