目的:建立高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法测定紫冬油中冰片含量。方法:采用示差折光检测器,95%乙醇为提取溶剂,Intersil ODS-SP色谱柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,进样量为20μL。结果:冰片两峰分离良好,线性范围为冰片0.251~1.507 mg.mL -1,r=0.9999。平均回收率(n=9)为98.3%(RSD=1.1%)。结论:本文方法简便快速,准确可靠,可作为本品的质量评价和生产工艺监控的有效方法。“,”ObjectiveTo establish a HPLC-RID method for determination of borneol in comfrey oil. METHODS The separation was performed by refractive index detector(RID).The 95% ethanol was used as extraction solvent. The chromatographic analysis was carried out on an Intersil ODS-SP column (150×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol- water(50:50).The column temperature was set at 30℃, flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1and injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS A good separation between two peaks of borneol was achieved. A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.251~1.507 mg.mL -1(r=0.9999).The average recovery(n=9) was 98.3%(RSD=1.1%). CONCLUSION This method is simple, quick, precise and accurate. This method is suitable for controlling the product quality and production process.
