严重烧伤病员在病程中常可出现不同程度的肾功能障碍,文献对其病理形态学基础意见不一。早年强调肾小管的病变,后渐重视肾小球的病变。晏良遂等发现烧伤病例肾血管球有一种颇为典型的病变,表现为毛细血管及上皮细胞的变质性改变和毛细血管间隙中嗜酸性物质积聚和单核细胞浸润,导致血管球缺血。这种病变酷似急性血管球性肾炎,并认为血管球病变是肾机能障碍的主要原因。本文旨在通过电镜并结合光镜,着重观察肾小球和肾小管的微细结构变化,并探讨形态学变化与肾功能障碍的关系。

The purpose of this paper is to observe the microstructure changes of glomeruli and tubules through electron microscopy and light microscope, and to explore the relationship between morphological changes and renal dysfunction.
