肾上腺出血在新生儿期较为常见 ,据文献报告[1] 其发病率为 1 9‰。其临床症状常缺乏特异性 ,易造成误诊或漏诊。本文对 2 3例肾上腺出血者进行分析 ,目的在于研究肾上腺出血的发病情况、诊断及预防。　　病例资料 :1997年 5月至 2 0 0 1年4月 ,我院 2 3例新生儿经Ｂ超诊断为肾 Adrenal hemorrhage in the neonatal period is more common, according to the literature [1] the incidence was 19%.
