跆拳道是存在于我国历史悠久的一项体育运动项目,跆拳道运动员平时认真锻炼,刻苦训练跆拳道的技术,在赛场上凭着精湛的跆拳道技术努力的争取比赛胜利,为自己的队伍争取荣誉。新的跆拳道竞赛规则的颁布实施,对跆拳道技战术产生了变化,有了不同的跆拳道技战术的训练,从而对跆拳道运动员的体能要求也有了更高的要求,本文就以跆拳道技战术的变化对体能训练产生的新的要求进行分析,提出建议,促进跆拳道技术的训练发展。
Taekwondo is a sport that has existed in our country for a long time. Taekwondo athletes usually exercise hard and train taekwondo skillfully. They win the race with their superb Taekwondo skills and win the honor for their team. The promulgation and implementation of the new Taekwondo competition rules have changed the techniques and tactics of Taekwondo. With different techniques and tactics of Taekwondo training, the physical requirements of Taekwondo athletes also have higher requirements. In this paper, based on the changes of Taekwondo skills and tactics Physical training to generate new requirements for analysis, make recommendations to promote the training and development of Taekwondo.
