在基体树脂中添加有纳米颗粒,用浸渍的方法制备了Kevlar/PTFE织物型自润滑衬垫,并在MM-200磨损试验机上,对所制备的衬垫进行摩擦磨损试验,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨损表面进行观测,并应用EDS对润滑覆盖层进行了成分分析。研究结果表明,衬垫磨损表面润滑覆盖层的形成过程及其性质对衬垫的摩擦磨损性能有重要的影响,纳米添加颗粒参与到润滑覆盖层的形成过程,并对其形成过程和性质产生影响。
Nano-particles were added to the matrix resin and Kevlar / PTFE fabric-type self-lubricating liner was prepared by impregnation method. The friction and wear test of the prepared liner was carried out on a MM-200 wear tester and the wear resistance of the liner was evaluated by scanning electron microscopy SEM) to observe the worn surface, and the composition of the lubricating coating was analyzed by EDS. The results show that the forming process and the nature of the lining wear surface lubrication coating have an important effect on the friction and wear properties of the liner. The nano-additive particles participate in the formation process of the lubrication cover and have an impact on the formation process and properties .
