标志,是一种大众传播符号,它以精练的形象,并借助人们的符号识别,联想的思维能力,传达特定的信息。商标设计是视觉传达设计领域中一个非常重要的部分,设计师在进行商标设计时,往往对图形、文字、色彩等视觉要素关注较多,而对商标设计与使用的法律意识比较淡漠,尤其对《中华人民共和国商标法》的各项规定没有予以重视,视觉传达设计是一个融合多个领域的艺术设计学科,本文试图从法律规范的角度,重新审视商标的设计与使用,以期使设计师能够以开放的思维,关注知识产权领域与设计相关的内容,提升设计的综合素养。
