[目的]研究裂褐菌对刚果红染料脱色的影响.[方法]通过控制培养基中Mn2+的浓度,获得只有木质素过氧化物酶(LiP)或锰过氧化物酶(MnP)的单一酶和两者的混合物,探讨裂褐菌对刚果红染料的脱色效果.[结果]LiP、MnP及LiP和MnP的粗酶液在1 h内对4种浓度的刚果红染料进行降解过程中,35 mg/L的刚果红的降解效果较佳,最高可分别达24.77%、20.31%、23.47%.3种培养物对刚果红都有明显的脱色效果,5 mg/L的脱色效率均在95%左右,20 mg/L的脱色效率超过80%,35 mg/L的脱色效率在80%左右,50 mg/L的脱色效率在70%左右.[结论]该研究为染料废水处理提供参考依据.
