龙腮泻肝汤是临床常用方剂之一,由龙胆草、柴胡、泽泻、车前子、木通、生地、归尾、栀子、黄芩、甘草等药组成。具泻肝胆实火,清三焦湿热之功,主治肝胆实火上炎之胁痛,头痛、目赤口苦,耳聋耳肿;或肝经湿热下注之小便淋浊,阴肿阴痒或妇女带下等症。笔者常用以治疗外科诸症,效果良好,现举数例,报道如下: Longqi Xiegan Decoction is one of the commonly used prescriptions in clinical practice.
