《中国果菜》是由中华全国供销合作总社主管,中华全国供销合作总社济南果品研究院、中国果蔬贮藏加工技术研究中心和山东省供销合作社联合社共同主办的优秀国家级科技期刊,栏目包含流通保鲜、果蔬加工、综合利用、质量控制、栽培技术等内容,主要刊登果蔬采后贮藏、保鲜、加工、综合利用等方面创新性或实用性的科技论文,以及反映最新科研成果的动态信息。2015年《中国果菜》继续突出果蔬的特色和优势,及时报道果蔬领域的重大科研成 “China fruit and vegetable” is an outstanding national science and technology journals co-sponsored by the director of the China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Jinan Fruit Research Institute of All-China Supply and Marketing Cooperative, the Chinese Research Institute of Fruits and Vegetables Storage and Processing, and the Shandong Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives Circulation preservation, fruit and vegetable processing, comprehensive utilization, quality control, cultivation techniques and so on. It mainly publishes scientific papers that are innovative or practical in post-harvest storage, preservation, processing and comprehensive utilization of fruits and vegetables, as well as dynamic information reflecting the latest scientific research achievements.
