针对目前智能变电站中二次系统的重复设置造成投资浪费、增加运维工作量的问题,基于节约环保、功能集成、配置优化、工艺一流的设计理念,深入总结提炼已投运试点工程经验,分析了进一步优化集成的可行性,构建了一体化信息平台实现全景数据共享的整合方案,该方案将故障录波、电能量采集终端信息由原安全Ⅱ区调整至安全Ⅰ区,将状态监测、智能辅助系统信息由原安全Ⅲ、Ⅳ区调整至安全Ⅱ区,并通过数据服务器和综合应用服务器接入一体化信息平台,解决了二次安全分区问题,提高了智能变电站的设备集成度、成熟度及经济合理性。
