基于Gleeble材料热模拟试验机,对GH4169合金动态拉伸变形行为进行研究。实验表明,GH2674合金在热变形过程中应变速率比温度对其变形行为影响大,且真应力-真应变曲线在不同应变速率下随温度和应变的不同,变化规律不同,而且差异较大。在应变速率为0.1 s-1的晶粒比应变速率为10 s-1的晶粒形状等轴性好,结构均匀好,晶界分布平直、规则。
Based on the Gleeble material thermal simulation testing machine, the dynamic tensile deformation behavior of GH4169 alloy was studied. Experiments show that the strain rate of GH2674 alloy during hot deformation has a greater effect on the deformation behavior than temperature, and the true stress-true strain curve changes with different temperature and strain at different strain rates, and the difference is large. The grains with a strain rate of 0.1 s-1 are better than the grains with a strain rate of 10 s-1 in shape and uniformity. The grain boundaries are flat and regular.
