本文采用载体法和平板法,对SL—E3型电子消毒器进行了杀菌效果检测,该电子消毒器是将空气中的O_2经电离转换成O_3,然后利用O_3的强氧化作用,破坏菌体内的酶系统而杀灭之。发现它对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的繁殖体均有良好的杀菌作用,杀灭率达99.6%~100%,而对枯草杆菌芽胞的杀菌效果不理想,杀灭率为83.8%~95.8%,并对影响杀菌效果的因素作了分析。
In this paper, SL-E3 electronic sterilizer was tested for bactericidal effect by vector method and plate method. The electronic sterilizer converts O 2 in the air into O 3 by ionization, and then utilizes the strong oxidation of O 3 to destroy the intracellular Enzyme system and kill it. It was found that Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis had a good bactericidal effect, killing rate of 99.6% ~ 100%, while Bacillus subtilis bactericidal effect is not satisfactory, the killing rate was 83.8% ~ 95.8%, and the factors that affect the bactericidal effect were analyzed.
