试验旨在对草地放养狮籽鹅血清中免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体(C)、白介素(IL)及干扰素(IFN)的水平进行研究。2周龄狮籽鹅于6月初放入草地,在2,4,8和12周龄时,各随机选取5只进行免疫因子及细胞因子的检测,试验数据均用SPSS 17.0的独立样本T检验与前期已测舍饲组数据进行差异显著性分析。结果显示:草地鹅血清中IgG、IgM、C3、C4、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-α及IFN-γ的水平均高于舍饲鹅,且二者在不同周龄存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01);草地鹅血清中IL-2水平在4周龄时极显著低于舍饲鹅(P<0.01),8周龄时显著低于舍饲鹅(P<0.05);IL-12水平在4周龄时显著低于舍饲鹅(P<0.05),12周龄时显著高于舍饲鹅(P<0.05)。草地放养能提高狮籽鹅血清中免疫球蛋白、补体、白介素及干扰素的水平,增强鹅的免疫力,是值得推广的低成本养殖模式。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the levels of immunoglobulin (Ig), complement (C), interleukin (IL) and interferon (IFN) in the serum of lizards geese. Two-week-old lions and geese were introduced into the grassland in early June. At 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks of age, 5 randomly selected immune factors and cytokines were tested. All the data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 independent sample T test Significant differences were analyzed with the data of the tested feeding house in the previous period. The results showed that the serum levels of IgG, IgM, C3, C4, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-α and IFN-γwere significantly higher than that of the goose (P <0.01). The level of IL-2 in the serum of goose geese was significantly lower at 4 weeks than that of litter goose (P <0.01), and was significantly lower at 8 weeks P <0.05). The level of IL-12 at 4 weeks of age was significantly lower than that of rearing goose (P <0.05), and significantly higher than that of rearing goose at 12 weeks (P <0.05). Grass stocking can increase the level of immunoglobulin, complement, interleukin and interferon in the serum of lion goslings and enhance the immunity of geese, which is worth promoting the low-cost breeding mode.
