多糖-蛋白结合疫苗是用化学方法将多糖抗原与载体蛋白共价结合,从而实现多糖抗原类型的转变;随着合成化学应用的日趋成熟,多种结合方法已被用于多糖-蛋白的结合,而且这些方法克服了最初无序接合反应的多种缺点,与此同时,也有多种新的检测方法应用于结合疫苗的纯化与分析。本文对结合疫苗的结合方法、分离纯化及检测方法作一综述。
