1942年6月17日,发生在福建省武夷山市(原为崇安县)的一起革命暴动轰动全国,这就是闻名中外的“赤石暴动”。80多位因皖南事变而被俘囚禁于上饶集中营的新四军干部和爱国志士,利用敌人押解他们向福建转移的机会,在这里毅然发起暴动。他们英勇搏斗,冲出枪林弹雨,冲出人间牢笼,重新奔向抗日前线。他们的英勇行动,惊天地,泣鬼神,谱写了一曲“浩气永长存,丹心照千古”的革命英雄主义凯歌。 参加赤石暴动的新四军战士和革命志士,无论在战场上,还是在监狱里,无论是顺境还是逆境,都能经受住严峻考验。他们以革命英雄主义的胆略和气魄,与敌人进行着不屈不挠的斗争;他们以抗日救国为己任,与国民党顽固派斗勇斗智,创造了不朽的伟大功业;他们不愧为中华民族的优秀儿女,是中国共产党领导下的一支英雄的队伍。
On June 17, 1942, a revolutionary riot that hit the Wuyishan City of Fujian Province (formerly Chong’an County) hit the whole country is known as the “Akihabashi Riot” at home and abroad.
