低碳建筑是促进建筑行业可持续发展的重大变革,也是未来建筑行业的发展趋势。一套科学合理的技术方案是促成低碳建筑顺利开展、实现低碳目标的重要基础。将层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法结合使用,利用灰色理论对低碳建筑技术方案进行评选,运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,实现主观评价向数字处理的转变,削弱专家打分对评选结果的主观影响,建立了一种多目标决策模型。通过南京市公共卫生医疗中心项目对该方法进行验证,以期对低碳建筑技术方案优选有所裨益。

This method is validated through the Nanjing Public Health and Medical Center project, in the hope of benefiting low carbon construction technology solutions.
