以破碎机锤头为研究对象,以高铬铁粉为原料,采用铸渗法,在45钢基体上成功制备了耐磨复合层。利用SEM和EDS等手段,对该复合层,以及复合层与基体材料结合界面进行了分析,并采用硬度计对其硬度进行了测试。结果表明,当浇注温度为1 650℃时,复合层的厚度可达6 mm,界面结合良好,无明显缺陷,铸态试样从基体到表层的硬度呈增大趋势,最大硬度可达57HRC。该工艺简便可行,成本低廉,有推广应用价值。
With the crusher hammer as the research object, the high-chromium iron powder as raw material, by infiltration infiltration method, 45 steel substrate successfully prepared wear-resistant composite layer. The interface between the composite layer and the composite layer and the matrix material was analyzed by means of SEM and EDS, and the hardness of the composite layer was tested with a durometer. The results show that when the pouring temperature is 1 650 ℃, the thickness of the composite layer can reach 6 mm, and the interface is well bonded with no obvious defects. The hardness of the as-cast sample increases from the substrate to the surface, and the maximum hardness reaches 57 HRC. The process is simple and feasible, low cost, there is the promotion and application value.
