近年来,学界针对“中国式管理”研究领域的研究方法问题进行了深刻的反省,并掀起了相关问题的大讨论。本文首先提出了当前该领域存在的四大基本研究维度,并据此对该领域研究方法进行划分。然后,通过对各类研究方法特点的详尽剖析,理清各类研究方法间的内在逻辑线索,从而最终完成了对“管理学在中国”领域中研究方法体系的建构。 In recent years, the academic circles have carried out profound introspection on the research methods of “Chinese-style management” and set off a big discussion on related issues. This paper first proposes four basic research dimensions in the field at present, and then divides the research methods in this field. Then, through the detailed analysis of the characteristics of various research methods, clarifying the internal logic clues among the various research methods, we finally completed the construction of the research methodology in the field of “Management Science in China.”
