用荧光分光光度法测得14例新型血小板聚集功能缺陷症患者血小板5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度,以及用ADP诱导患者血小板后测其5-HT释放率,分别与正常对照组比较,差异均无显著意义。用刺参酸性粘多糖(SJAMP)作用于血小板,正常对照组和患者组血小板5-HT释放率分别为63.2±3.2%和21.2±5.3%(x±s),差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。患者血小板经洗涤后用SJAMP激活,其5-HT释放率有所恢复(P<0.05)。结果表明,本病患者血小板5-HT贮存无异常,但存在释放缺陷,可能有某种血浆因子干扰SJAMP与血小板膜受体结合。
The concentration of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in 14 patients with novel platelet aggregation deficiency was measured by fluorescence spectrophotometry, and the 5-HT release rate was measured after induction of platelet by ADP. Compared with the normal control group, the difference No significant significance. The release rate of platelet 5-HT in normal control group and patient group was 63.2 ± 3.2% and 21.2 ± 5.3% (x ± s), respectively, with the effect of SJAMP on platelet, the difference was significant (P <0.01 ). Platelets were stimulated with SJAMP after washing, and the 5-HT release rate was restored (P <0.05). The results show that patients with platelet 5-HT storage was normal, but there is the release defect, there may be some plasma factor interference SJAMP and platelet membrane receptor binding.
