目的:建立五种医院制剂微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用常规法、薄膜过滤法对五种医院制剂进行方法验证。结果:椎间盘丸、顽痹康丸、芪仲腰舒丸可采用常规法,颈痛消丸、骨炎托毒丸须用薄膜过滤法除去其抑菌作用后方可进行微生物限度检查。结论:确立了五种医院制剂微生物限度检查方法,可有效控制其质量。 Objective: To establish five kinds of hospital microbial limit test methods. Methods: Five kinds of hospital preparations were verified by the conventional method and the membrane filtration method. Results: Intervertebral disc, stubborn body pill, Qisuanlvshu pill can be used conventional method, neck pain pill, osteitis inflammation poison pill should be removed by membrane filtration antibacterial effect before microbial limit check.
