报道了用 6 5 0nm的半导体激光二极管建立的一个正面入射式外部电光测量装置 .用〈10 0〉面镀红光全反射膜的半绝缘GaP作为外部探头 ,提出以有效调制电压为测量对象 ,对外部电光测量装置进行了电场空间分辨率的测量 .实验结果表明 ,电场空间分辨率小于 1μm ,电压灵敏度为 12 6mV/Hz .
A positive incident external electro-optic measuring device with 650nm semiconductor laser diode is reported.The semi-insulating GaP coated with red light total reflection film is used as the external probe, and the effective modulation voltage is taken as measuring object, The measurement of the electric field spatial resolution was carried out on an external electro-optical measuring device.The experimental results show that the spatial resolution of the electric field is less than 1μm and the voltage sensitivity is 12 6mV / Hz.
