用CO2激光器对铁—铜基梯度复合粉末冶金压坯进行了激光辐射烧结。在对激光束加热温度场下梯度复合材料各层热膨胀分析的基础上,提出了热应力缓和层的成分设计,并对烧结后的组织和性能进行了研究。
Laser irradiation sintering of Fe-Cu-based gradient composite powder metallurgy compacts with CO2 laser was carried out. Based on the analysis of the thermal expansion of the graded composite materials under the temperature field of laser beam heating, the composition design of the thermal stress relaxation layer was put forward. The microstructure and properties of the composite were also studied.
