本文总结了用有限元方法对YZ—35型钻机钻架的研究结果,并与其他型号钻架有限元分析结果进行了比较。提出了钻架强度分析的四种典型工况。论述了钻架力学模型建立的基本原则和要点,介绍了钻架力学模型的主要要素。同时论述了各种典型工况时钻架变形形态。并论述了钻架四根立柱的应力分布情况。根据钻架工作特点,提出了确定疲劳强度时应力的计算方法。论述了钻架的自振频率和振型,为进一步分析振动指出了方向。还对卡钻时动态变形和应力进行了响应分析。并列举了各种钻架的计算结果。
This paper summarizes the research results of the YZ-35 drilling rig by the finite element method and compares it with the results of other models. Four typical working conditions of strength analysis of drilling frame are proposed. The basic principles and key points of establishing the mechanics model of the drilling rig are discussed. The main elements of the mechanics model of the rig are introduced. At the same time discusses the typical conditions when the drill rack deformation. The stress distribution of the four columns of drilling rig is discussed. According to the working characteristics of the drill frame, the calculation method of stress in determining the fatigue strength is proposed. The natural frequencies and modes of the frame are discussed, pointing out the direction for the further analysis of the vibration. The card was also drilled dynamic deformation and stress response analysis. And lists a variety of drill rack calculation results.
