目的 观察和比较宁夏枸杞和富硒枸杞对衰老小鼠肾脏的组织形态学影响。方法 采用D 半乳糖皮下注射法制作衰老小鼠模型 ,同时宁夏枸杞组和富硒枸杞组分别以 10 %水煎剂连续灌胃。采用光镜 ,透射电镜 ,进行组织化学观察 ,用BI2 0 0 0图像分析系统进行形态定量分析。结果 衰老模型组肾小球硬化率、肾小囊宽度、肾小球直径和面积 ,基底膜厚度明显高于对照组、宁夏枸杞组和富硒枸杞组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ;肾小球内毛细血管袢面积与肾小球面积百分比 ,肾小管周围毛细血管数量 ,裂孔隙宽度显著低于对照组、宁夏枸杞组和富硒枸杞组 (P <0 .0 1)。富硒枸杞组与宁夏枸杞组在肾小球硬化率 ,管周毛细血管数 ,基底膜厚度等指标有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 富硒枸杞能改善衰老肾脏形态结构 ,起到延缓肾脏老化的作用 ,效果比宁夏枸杞显著
Objective To observe and compare the histomorphological effects of Ningxia wolfberry and Se-enriched wolfberry on the kidney of aging mice. Methods The aging mice model was made by subcutaneous injection of D galactose. At the same time, the Ningxia wolfberry group and the selenium-enriched wolfberry group were fed with 10% water decoction. Light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and histochemical observations were performed. Quantitative morphometric analysis was performed using a BI200 image analysis system. Results The glomerular sclerosis rate, renal capsule width, glomerular diameter and area, and basement membrane thickness in the aging model group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the Ningxia wolfberry group and the selenium-enriched quail group (P < 0.01 or 0.0. 5) The percentage of glomerular area and glomerular area in the glomerulus, the number of capillaries around the renal tubule, and the width of fissure pores were significantly lower than those in the control group, the Ningxia wolfberry group, and the selenium-enriched quinone group (P < 0.01). . Selenium-enriched wolfberry group and Ningxia wolfberry group had significant differences in glomerular sclerosis rate, number of capillary vessels around the peritubular, basement membrane thickness and other indicators (P < 0.05). Conclusion The selenium-enriched wolfberry can improve the morphological structure of the aging kidney and delay the aging of the kidney. The effect is more significant than that of the Ningxia wolfberry.
