本文从另一个侧面,采用扫描电镜观察了大鼠矽肺发展过程中,肺Ⅱ型细胞、肺表面活性物质病理形态改变与BAL中DPPC含量关系,认为注入石英粉尘后,肺泡Ⅰ型细胞受损、肿胀、破坏,Ⅱ型细胞增生、增殖、变形与肺表面活性物质DPPC含量变化有着一定关系。并讨论了DPPC对矽肺发病过程作用机理,提出检测BAL中DPPC含量对评价早期病变的意义,对寻找新的治疗药物提出另一途径。
In this paper, from another aspect, the relationship between pathological changes of pulmonary type II cells and pulmonary surfactant and the content of DPPC in BAL was observed by scanning electron microscopy. It is concluded that the alveolar type I cells are impaired after quartz dust injection, Swelling, destruction, type Ⅱ cell proliferation, proliferation, deformation and changes in pulmonary surfactant DPPC content has a certain relationship. The mechanism of DPPC on the pathogenesis of silicosis was discussed. The significance of measuring DPPC content in BAL for evaluating early lesions was proposed, and another approach was proposed to find new therapeutic drugs.
