黄河下游河道泥沙淤积与中游多沙、粗沙区的来沙关系非常密切,其中粒径大于0.05mm的粗泥沙是淤积下游河道的主要成分。通过重点分析不同年代粗沙区来沙量、粗泥沙模数的变化及水利水保措施对减少粗泥沙的作用,说明黄河中游兴建的水利、水土保持工程对控制水土流失、减少入黄泥沙特别是粗颗粒泥沙发挥了很大作用。
