以辣椒及其制品为研究对象,建立HPLC-MS/MS快速测定苏丹红Ⅰ号的测定方法。样品经乙腈溶液提取、稀释定容后,以咖啡因为内标,采用HPLC-MS/MS法进行测定,并对检测条件进行了系统的研究和优化。该分析方法的线性范围为5-1000ng/mL,最低检测限为0.02ng/mL,多次测定的RSD在6.8%以内,回收率在93.2%-113.4%之间,具有良好的准确性和重现性,操作简单,满足食品中苏丹红Ⅰ号的检测需要。
Taking peppers and their products as research objects, a rapid determination method of Sudan I by HPLC-MS / MS was established. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile solution. After diluting to volume, the content of caffeine was determined by HPLC-MS / MS. The detection conditions were systematically studied and optimized.
