目的:合成异丙酚分子印迹聚合物,并用聚合物萃取人血浆中的异丙酚。方法:用热聚合法制备异丙酚分子印迹聚合物,考查聚合物的性能,并用它来萃取血浆中不同浓度的异丙酚。结果:模板分子和功能单体以氢键的方式结合;分子印迹聚合物选择性地吸附血浆中的异丙酚。结论:分子印迹聚合物可以从人血浆中吸附异丙酚,其吸附率受底物浓度的影响。
Objective: To synthesize propofol molecularly imprinted polymer and extract propofol from human plasma with polymer. Methods: Propofol molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by thermal polymerization. The properties of the polymer were investigated. The propofol was extracted from plasma with different concentrations. Results: The template molecule and the functional monomer were hydrogen bonded. The molecularly imprinted polymer selectively adsorbed propofol in plasma. Conclusion: The molecularly imprinted polymers can adsorb propofol from human plasma, the adsorption rate of which depends on the concentration of the substrate.
