近年来,按照国家电网公司的统一部署,各电力公司全面落实“五统一”(统一价值理念、统一发展战略、统一企业标准、统一行为规范、统一公司品牌)要求,不断加大国家电网公司企业文化落地力度,努力将企业文化的核心价值理念融入电网建设、安全生产、经营管理、制度建设、员工行为中,有效促进了文化建设、党建工作与企业发展的同频共振。目前,各地市县两级电力公司已从制度建设、管理融合、行为养成等方面深化了企业文化的贯彻与实践,初步形成了公司核心价值体系,彰显了统一的企业文化的强大力量。企业管理效率效能不断提高,社会影响力、企业软实力和核心竞争力得到大幅提升。就企业文化如何推动电力公司科学发展进行了初步的研究和探讨。 In recent years, in accordance with the unified deployment of State Grid Corporation of China, all power companies have fully implemented the requirements of “five unifications” (unified value concept, unified development strategy, unification of enterprise standards, unified code of conduct and uniform corporate brand) and constantly increased the requirements of the State Grid The corporate culture landing efforts, efforts to integrate the core values ​​of corporate culture into the power grid construction, production safety, management, system construction, employee behavior, and effectively promote the cultural construction, party building and business development of the same frequency resonance. Efficiency and efficiency of business management continue to improve, social influence, enterprise soft power and core competitiveness has been greatly improved. How to promote the scientific development of power companies in corporate culture has been studied and discussed.
