钻机性能测试系统主要测量钻机的扭矩、转速、给进力和起拔力等参数,其测量结果的准确性和可靠性对钻机的研制及其在煤矿上的应用推广至关重要。通过对ZDY3200S全液压钻机进行测试,以高速挡小扭矩为例建立数学模型,详细分析了不确定度来源并对其评定,最后将之应用于期间核查,根据En值进行判定,钻机性能测试系统满足使用要求。
Drilling rig performance testing system mainly measures parameters such as torque, speed, feed force and pulling force of drilling rig. The accuracy and reliability of the measurement results are very important for the development of rig and its application in coal mines. Through testing the ZDY3200S hydraulic drilling rig, a mathematical model is set up based on the example of small torque at high speed. The source of uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated in detail.
