本文总结28例42耳蜗后病变的瞬态诱发性耳声发射(TEOAEs)表现,不同性质蜗后病变的TEOAEs出现率分别为:中枢性低频感音神经性聋28/28(100%);听神经瘤3/11(27.3%);额骨骨折2/2;脑干肿瘤0/1。对蜗后病变的TEOAEs、听性脑干电反应(ABR)、耳蜗电图(ECochG)和纯音听力之间的关系进行比较和讨论。TEOAEs结合其它听力学检查方法会有助于蜗性和蜗后病变的鉴别诊断。
This review summarizes the findings of transient induced otoacoustic emissions (TEOAEs) in 28 cases of post-cochlear lesions. The incidences of TEOAEs in different posterior cochlear lesions were 28/28 (100%) for central low frequency sensorineural hearing loss, Tumor 3/11 (27.3%); Frontal bone fracture 2/2; Brain stem tumor 0/1. The relationship between TEOAEs, auditory brainstem response (ABR), ECochG and pure tone hearing was compared and discussed. TEOAEs in combination with other audiological tests can contribute to the differential diagnosis of cochlear and retrocochlear lesions.
