2005年3月9日，新疆联合产权交易所成功办理了新疆第一笔非上市股份公司股权质押贷款的冻结手续，该业务的成功运作，为新疆股权质押融资开辟了新的渠道。
On March 9, 2005, Xinjiang United Assets and Equity Exchange successfully handled the freezing procedures for equity pledged loans of the first unlisted share-holding company in Xinjiang. The successful operation of the business opened a new channel for equity pledge financing in Xinjiang.
