人是不一定会确保工作质量的,只有通过好的工作机制才能使人确保工作质量。工作的治理机制一般分为人治机制和法治机制二种,企业初创期应该以人治机制为主;形成规模时必须引进法治机制,从而确保工作的质量。人治机制和法治机制的治理理念、方法、业绩判断和对员工及领导的要求都是不同的,随着企业的发展壮大应该逐步确立法治机制在企业中的主导地位。有人认为我国的民营企业和家族企业必定要遭淘汰,笔者认为随着治理机制的转换,它们一定会有强盛壮大的一天,也能为伟大的祖国做出应有的贡献!
People do not necessarily ensure the quality of work. Only through good working mechanisms can people ensure the quality of their work. The governance mechanisms of work are generally divided into two types: the human governance mechanism and the rule of law mechanism, and the start-up period of enterprises should be dominated by the people-based mechanism. When the scale is formed, the rule of law mechanism must be introduced so as to ensure the quality of the work. Governance philosophy, methods, performance judgments and the requirements of employees and leaders are all different. The development of the enterprise should gradually establish the dominance of the rule of law in enterprises. Some people think that China's private enterprises and family-owned enterprises will inevitably be eliminated, I believe that with the conversion of governance mechanisms, they will have a strong and powerful day, but also for the great motherland to make its due contribution!
