针对传统模糊综合评估模型在确定指标权重时主观性较大、利用信息不充分及判定武器效能等级时分辨率差的问题,进行了以下改进:运用熵权法与群组AHP法相结合的方法代替AHP方法确定指标权重;使用加权平均算子代替取大取小模糊算子;采用评判集按等级进行区间赋值的方法代替评语最大隶属度原则。改进模型克服以上问题,实例分析表明改进模型相比传统模型更加优越。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model has a high subjectivity in the determination of index weight, the use of information is not sufficient and the resolution of weapon performance level is poor, the following improvements are made: instead of using the combination of entropy method and group AHP AHP method to determine the index weight; the use of weighted average operator instead of big and small fuzzy operator; using the evaluation set by the level of interval assignment method instead of the principle of maximum evaluation of membership. Improve the model to overcome the above problems, case analysis shows that the improved model is superior to the traditional model.
