电子显微镜(以下简称电镜)是近代科研中的一个重要工具,但如何应用这一先进工具来解决肿瘤病理诊断中的疑难问题,提高肿瘤病理诊断水平,是当前迫切需要解决的问题。过去电镜很少应用于病理诊断,主要是由于电镜的使用不够普及,同时一般的病理标本大多不能符合电镜检查的要求,因此如果在病理标本取材的问题上不能有所突破,就谈不上电镜在病理诊断中的应用。本文综合了国内外有关资料,并结合实际工作,重点讨论两个问题:(一)标本取材和处理方法的改进;(二)电镜在肿瘤病理诊断中的应用举例。
Electron microscopy (hereinafter referred to as electron microscope) is an important tool in modern scientific research. However, how to apply this advanced tool to solve difficult problems in pathological diagnosis of tumors and improve the level of pathological diagnosis of tumors is an urgent problem to be solved. In the past, electron microscopy was rarely used in pathological diagnosis, mainly because the use of electron microscopy was not popular enough. At the same time, most of the pathological specimens could not meet the requirements of electron microscopy. Therefore, if there is no breakthrough in the question of pathological specimens, we will not talk about electron microscopy. Application in pathological diagnosis. This article combines domestic and foreign relevant data, and combines practical work, focusing on two issues: (A) improvement of specimen sampling and processing methods; (B) the application of electron microscopy in the pathological diagnosis of tumors.
