为了提高碲锌镉探测器γ谱解析的精度,将直接解调法应用于γ谱重建算法研究。γ谱的测量是谱仪系统对γ射线的调制过程,针对一维γ谱的特点建立了调制方程的响应函数矩阵,分析了本底和噪声的影响及其处理方法,对实测谱构成的单峰和重峰进行重建。结果表明,重建γ谱能量分辨率比原始测量谱提高了5~6倍,能把峰位相距一个半高宽、峰面积比100¨1的重峰完全分离,弱峰的寻峰率显著提高。直接解调法具有很强的抑制噪声能力,尤其适合在统计性较差的野外测量的能谱重建中应用。
In order to improve the accuracy of γ-ray analysis of CdZn detector, direct demodulation method is applied to γ-ray reconstruction algorithm. The measurement of γ spectrum is the modulation process of γ ray by the spectrometer system. The response function matrix of the modulation equation is established according to the characteristics of one-dimensional γ spectrum. The background and noise effects and the processing methods are analyzed. Peak and heavy peak reconstruction. The results show that the energy resolution of the reconstructed γ-ray spectrum is 5 to 6 times higher than that of the original measured spectrum, and the peak position can be separated by a full width at half maximum and the peak area ratio is 100% . The direct demodulation method has a strong ability of suppressing noise, and is particularly suitable for energy spectrum reconstruction in poorly-measured field measurements.
