目的分析淋巴细胞异常表达髓系抗原形态学及流式散点图特点,提高对此类疾病的诊断认识。方法对确诊患者淋巴细胞异常表达髓系抗原形态学及流式散点图进行分析研究并复习相关文献归纳总结其特点。结果原幼淋巴细胞伴异常表达髓系抗原形态学多数具有高度异质性与分化发育的不协调性,且此类细胞均高表达CD 34。结论形态学在诊断急性淋巴细胞白血病伴异常表达髓系抗原上具有明显的局限性,确诊须依靠免疫学分型,该类原始淋巴细胞既有典型淋巴细胞的免疫标志又有髓系细胞的特有标志是该类细胞单纯细胞形态学无法或者难以明确诊断的主要原因,也是形态学误诊的最主要原因。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the morphological features of lymphocytes abnormally expressed myeloid antigen and the characteristics of the flow scatter plot, and to improve the diagnosis of such diseases. Conclusion Morphology in the diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with abnormal expression of myeloid antigen has obvious limitations, the diagnosis must rely on immunological typing, this kind of primitive lymphocytes both typical lymphocyte immune markers and myeloid cells unique markers Is the main reason for the simple cell morphology of these cells can not or difficult to confirm the diagnosis is the most important reason for misdiagnosis of morphology.
